Shellie Bronson Williams is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Hampton Institute in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is one of five siblings, and numerous cousins who graduated from Hampton University. Her mother Barbara Dobbins Bronson, and her mother’s brother Anderson Dobbins also graduated from Ham
Shellie Bronson Williams is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Hampton Institute in 1988, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is one of five siblings, and numerous cousins who graduated from Hampton University. Her mother Barbara Dobbins Bronson, and her mother’s brother Anderson Dobbins also graduated from Hampton Institute. While attending Hampton, Shellie was a member of the Gamma Theta chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, as well as a member and officer of His Chosen Sounds Gospel Choir and a Peer Leader.
Shellie has focused her nursing career on adult and pediatric care. She also has a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse. Shellie has worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute, Baltimore, Maryland for the past thirty years, and is the Nurse Executive and Vice President of Nursing.
Shellie enjoys being the co-worship leader alongside her husband at Cornerstone Church of God in Columbia, Maryland. She also is the president of the Maryland Association for Healthcare Recruitment, as well as a member of the National Association for Healthcare Recruitment.
Shellie has been married for twenty-eight years to her college sweetheart Dr. Darryl Williams who graduated from Hampton Institute in 1988. They have three children, Lauren, Darryl II and Sydni. One of her fondest memories while attending Hampton was the time spent with her sorority sisters, nursing colleagues and walks on the waterfront with Darryl.
I am looking forward to serving the Baltimore Chapter of the NHAA, as we move forward in increasing the reach of our Home by the Sea to students and fellow Hamptonians in the Baltimore area.

Darien E. Nolin is the Vice President of Philanthropy and Social Responsibility at Total Health Care, Inc. a community health center serving over 34,000 moderate - low income patients in the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area. As Vice President of Philanthropy & Social Responsibility Darien provides strategic leadership, vision, and management in the initiation, execution of Total Health Care’s mission driven community engagement and internal development efforts related to addressing community health disparities and health equity.
Darien also earned a MBA from The Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business.

Dr. Bronson currently serves at the lead audiologist for The Baltimore City Public Schools, where she provides services to over 30 public schools. She also serves on the city-wide legal team, serving as an audiological expert in legal matters as they relate to IEP legal cases. Dr. Bronson has been serving the families of Baltimore City for 30 years.
In addition to her Bachelors of Science degree from Hampton University, Dr. Bronson received her Masters of Arts in Audiology from The Ohio State University and completed her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Stills University (Mesa, Az). Dr. Bronson has also earned a Leadership Certificate in Administration Leadership from The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Bronson is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr. Bronson enjoys serving the community in various capacities and has served on several committees and advisory boards within various organizations. She currently serves on the Baltimore County Health and Human Services and Housing advisory board.
Dr. Bronson has two children, Kieran, a sixth grader, and Anya a third grader. Dr. Bronson is an active member of The Good Shepherd Church of God in Christ, where she is a licensed evangelist and served as the Minister of Outreach for eight years.

Dr. Candice P. Baldwin, a native of Richmond, VA, is a proud member of Quintessence IV, Class of 2001, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science. Candice is the first person in her family to go to college, and attending Hampton University was a defining moment in her life.

Dr. Candice P. Baldwin, a native of Richmond, VA, is a proud member of Quintessence IV, Class of 2001, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science. Candice is the first person in her family to go to college, and attending Hampton University was a defining moment in her life.
Candice is thrilled to serve as Recording Secretary as she seeks to find opportunities to give back some of what Hampton has given to her over the years. While at Hampton University,
Candice was the president of the Political Science Pre-Law Club, President of the Hampton Collegiate Chapter of the NAACP, and founder of the Hampton University Young Democrats.
As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Baldwin’s career has been built on a strong desire to have a transformative impact on the lives and success of students.
She has served as a higher
education administrator specializing in diversity and student success at both private and public institutions. Currently, Candice is responsible for providing leadership for Hop-In, a high profile program for first-generation and limited-income students at Johns Hopkins University.
In addition to her work with Hop-In, Dr. Baldwin serves as an adjunct professor teaching courses in Mathematical Sciences and Leadership; co-authors articles related to the experiences of underrepresented populations in higher education; and engages in the community through her active involvement with the Harbor City Chapter of The Links, Inc., and the Alpha Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
In addition to her degree from Hampton, Candice also holds an M.P.P in Public Policy and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership from the College of William & Mary.
The Financial Secretary shall receive from the Treasurer deposit slips of all Membership dues and funds from all sources, keeping an account of the same. He/she shall provide quarterly reports to the Executive Committee and general Membership.
